DuRiaN CrePe


Ingredients - For Crepe Skin
  • 50gm Flour
  • 1 tbsp Tapioca Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Eggs - Stir wit Fork
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 40ml Milk ( Full Cream Milk )
  • 160ml Water
  • 3 tbsp Butter - Melted
  • Few drops of Colouring - Yellow 

Directions : 
  1. Mix flour, tapioca flour and sugar. Sieve it.
  2. Add milk and stir.
  3. Add in eggs.
  4. Add vanilla essence and water. 
  5. Add in butter and stir until well blended. 
  6. Filter the batter. 
  7. Cook the dough with small scoop and flatten it on a nonstick pan.
  8. After done, set aside.

Ingredients - For Crepe Fillings
  • 150ml UHT Whipping Cream
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Durian Flesh

Directions : 
  1. Beat until fluffy and thick.

Directions - Packing Durian Crepe
  1. Put a piece of crepe
  2. Place the whipping cream on top
  3. Then put the durian flesh
  4. Close back with whipping cream
  5. Fold like we kilt envelope 
  6. Keep in the fridge for 4 - 5 hours.
