Ingredients - For Crepe Skin
- 50gm Flour
- 1 tbsp Tapioca Flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Eggs - Stir wit Fork
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 40ml Milk ( Full Cream Milk )
- 160ml Water
- 3 tbsp Butter - Melted
- Few drops of Colouring - Yellow
Directions :
- Mix flour, tapioca flour and sugar. Sieve it.
- Add milk and stir.
- Add in eggs.
- Add vanilla essence and water.
- Add in butter and stir until well blended.
- Filter the batter.
- Cook the dough with small scoop and flatten it on a nonstick pan.
- After done, set aside.
Ingredients - For Crepe Fillings
- 150ml UHT Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Durian Flesh
Directions :
- Beat until fluffy and thick.
Directions - Packing Durian Crepe
- Put a piece of crepe
- Place the whipping cream on top
- Then put the durian flesh
- Close back with whipping cream
- Fold like we kilt envelope
- Keep in the fridge for 4 - 5 hours.
